The ECCDC was founded in 1993 by a group of local volunteers who shared a common vision of enhancing the quality, range and affordability of child care services in Niagara. The ECCDC’s understanding of the needs of the early learning and care sector and its capacity for innovation has allowed it to become a leading child care resource, referral and support organization.
